To provide assistance to the Compliance Officer in developing and maintaining an effective compliance culture across the range of regulated services.
To provide a focal point for staff, particularly in the Trust Company Business department, for raising compliance issues and providing information, guidance and support where appropriate. To provide general compliance oversight and undertaking Compliance Monitoring and providing information, guidance and support where required.
As part of a senior management team, is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of a range of trust and corporate services, in accordance with the Firm's professional standards and regulatory requirements, including responsibility for overseeing operational activity for in house managed entities and development of the function at a strategic level.
Trusts, companies and foundations are the principal vehicles of offshore planning and structuring. Moore Stephens offers corporate trustee services and trust administration support. Companies can be formed in Jersey or in many other jurisdictions around the world through the Moore Stephens International network.
To work as part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive administration services to our international client base.
Actively contribute to the Compliance Project to take the Moore Stephens project plan from initiation through to a successful conclusion. Completing verification requirements, implementation of the AML Handbook and liaising with clients to obtain due diligence documents.
